The 6-inch blade slightly drops to meet a sharp centered tip, this offers excellent piercing when cutting or carving into meats as well as vegetables.

The Sierra can handle all the tasks of general cooking, slicing, dicing, chopping, and cutting in the kitchen or campsite. The Sierra can even be used for light camping chores as well. When your cooking calls for detailed chopping, we added a pinch grip design with indentations in the G10 when you choke up.
